One of our team members is designated to write and send an email to clients featuring project completion and delivery information. The project deadline and cost are based on the project and package selected by our clientele. Our design team typically finishes a project within 24-48 hours, but it varies as per the urgency of a design project or selected package.

Our Revision Policy

We offer a straightforward and streamlined revision policy. The revisions are based on our clients’ time and date of the delivered design project and package selected.

Our Refund policy

We have established our refund policy to facilitate our local and international clients. However, the design project is not applicable for a refund once we got approval for initial designs from the client or received requests for revisions or modifications.

Our Refund Procedure

We operate to execute all projects according to mutual agreement. We keenly focus on our prestigious client’s requirements and ensure that issues get solved right away if there are any. For any reason, if our client isn’t still satisfied with the design solutions, we accept a refund request. However, there are specific terms and conditions.

  • Our refund policy is applicable if we don’t adhere to project specifications or our policies.
  • Our refund policy is applicable if our design team hasn’t moved forward from the first or initial approval of Proof of Concept for the design task.

It’s pertinent to mention that refund takes 10-15 business days to process after the project gets canceled. We follow the mutually agreed payment method that we used at the beginning of your project for refund purposes.
